For two decades, Rachel has excelled as a professional recruiter leveraging her innate talents in interpersonal communication, focus, and drive. She has an extraordinary balance of authenticity, empathy, and candor. Alongside Dustin, she co-founded a thriving recruiting company, driven by their shared values of courage, service, and humility.
Rachel is passionate about modeling the integration of family and entrepreneurship for young women. She treasures her faith and marriage and enjoys time with extended family. As the oldest of five siblings, godmother of four, and auntie of eight, family bonds are paramount.
In her leisure, Rachel shares her love for Chinese Mahjong, passed down from her Great Grandmother, and channels her competitive spirit into tennis. Committed to giving back, she mentors "little brothers" through Big Brothers Big Sisters, embodying her belief that where there's a will, there's always a way.

Over 25 years, he grew four more multi-million-dollar ventures, and drove a global turnaround resulting in the successful nine-figure exit, all of which allowed him to collaborate closely with, study and learn from countless high-profile world-class executives.
A devout Christian and self-professed “leadership junkie,” Michael finds joy in family time and discussing leadership intricacies with anyone interested. He has also enjoyed the past 18 years serving the homeless community, but fishing with their grandkids brings a joy all its own.
